Patients needing knee replacement have a scan which is sent to the engineers of the knee replacement implant companyin the US. These clever engineers using the patientS anatomy and sophisticated computer programmes suggest a jig that can be used for the replacement procedure which is sent to Mr Moholkar. Mr Moholkar then alters changes or accepts the jigs and orders them which arrives into the operating theatre days prior to the knee replacement surgery. Knee replacement is then carried using these jigs. |
