Mr Moholkar has lead the Enhanced recovery project at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital and Droitwich Knee clinic. This technique helps patients achieve early rehabilitation and discharge with about 90% of his patients going home on the 3rd Post operative day. He is quite passionate about pain management with reference to knee reoplacement and works in a multidisciplinary mode to acheive sucess for his patients. Most of his patients will have very little or no pain after the knee replacement procedure. Unfortunately some patients still do have breakthrough pain which he is fighting with his multidisciplinary team to rectify which usually happens in the first few days after knee replacements.
